These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) form the basis of the Etihad Airways' Corporate Conscious Choices programme (the “Programme”). The T&Cs shall apply to the relationship between Etihad and each member of the Programme (the “Member”). It is the responsibility of each Member to read and understand the T&Cs prior to use.
The T&Cs sets out the rights and obligations of the Members together with any limitations and/or exclusions that may apply to the Programme. The T&Cs are effective as at the date of publication and may be amended from time to time by Etihad, without any notice. By participating in the Programme, each Member confirms that it has accepted or shall be deemed to have accepted the T&Cs in full.
2. Membership
2.1 Enrolment
2.1.1. Subject to any applicable local laws, an application to join the Programme is open exclusively to Etihad’s corporate clients with an existing Corporate Travel Services Agreement.
2.1.2. Membership to the Programme is open only to corporate clients, registered appropriately in local jurisdictions. The Programme is not open to individuals, clubs, groups, travel agencies or other entities. Etihad reserves the right to remove any Member who is found to not meet the eligibility requirements and to remove any benefits that Member has received as a result of its participating in the Programme.
2.1.3. Members may not transfer, assign or deal in any other way their membership in the Programme.
2.1.4. To apply for membership to the Programme, a corporate client (“Applicant”) must complete the Registration Form provided by Etihad and fill out all mandatory details as required.
2.1.5. During registration an Applicant will be asked to nominate one employee as an Account Manager to act on behalf of the Applicant. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the corporate account and shall have the requisite power and approvals to bind the Applicant. The Applicant warrants and agrees that the Applicant has the requisite written consent of the individual who is nominated as an Account Manager, including appropriate consent for the collection, use and transfer of personal information to Etihad for any purpose connected with the Programme and the Applicant’s participation therein. Etihad may request a copy of such written consent at any time.
2.1.6. Once an Applicant’s application has been approved, an Applicant will become a Member and their participation in the Programme shall commence on the date set out in the notice of acceptance.
2.1.10. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to ensure that appropriate care is taken of the Member’s participation in the Programme to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing the account.
2.1.11. The Account Manager is responsible for the access, use, management of the Member’s account and redemption of Etihad Guest Miles (see section 4 below).
2.1.12. Etihad shall not be responsible for any fraud or misuse by the Account Manager. It is the responsibility of the Member to implement appropriate internal access controls to ensure the detection and prevention of any fraud or misuse of their participation in the Programme. Etihad excludes any and all liability, including for any indirect and consequential damages, that the Member may suffer due to any negligence, fraud, misconduct, abuse or any other activity of the Account Manager or by the Member.
2.1.13. A Member shall not be permitted to have more than one membership in the Programme and a travelling employee cannot earn Etihad Guest Miles for more than one Member at any given time.
2.2 Cancellation of Membership
2.2.1. A Member may withdraw their enrolment in the Programme by providing written notice to the Etihad sent to CCCSupport@etihad.ae. Upon receipt of the notice, Etihad will cancel the Member’s enrolment in the Programme and any remaining Etihad Guest Miles in the account will expire, with no value, on the date on which their enrolment in the Programme ends.
2.2.2. Etihad retains the absolute right to cancel a Member’s enrolment in the Programme at any time in the event of any breach of these T&Cs or for any other fraudulent or abusive acts in violation of its policies.
3. Changes to Account
3.1.1. A Member shall ensure that it provides Etihad with up to date contact details, mailing and email address for the Account Manager. Any change to the relevant contact details, mailing /email addresses, must be notified to the Etihad team in writing and shall take effect upon receipt and acknowledgement from Etihad.
3.1.2. Changes in a Member’s account, such as the Member’s name and the industry type are not allowed. Any other changes required to the Member’s account must be communicated to Etihad in writing and on the Member’s letter head with company stamp, signed by the Account Manager.
3.1.3. If more than one account number for the Programme has been assigned to a Member in error or oversight, the accounts shall be combined with Etihad Guest Miles and transferred to one single account, less any duplicated bonuses or Etihad Guest Miles from the same activity. The other duplicated accounts will then be cancelled and annulled.
3.1.4. The abovementioned correction by merging of accounts can be requested by the Account Manager and shall be handled on a case to case basis at Etihad’s discretion. Programme accounts cannot be merged with a personal/individual Etihad Guest account, SuperSeller, BusinessConnect or any other similar Etihad accounts.
3.1.5. A Member may change the Account Manager only once in one (1) calendar year. Once a change to an Account Manager is made, the Member shall not be permitted to make any further changes to their Account Manager until the existing Account Manager completes one (1) year in the role.
4. Etihad Guest
4.1. Earning Etihad Guest Miles
4.1.1. Any Etihad Guest Miles earned by participation in the Programme can only be used or redeemed as set out in Section 5 below and may not be used for any other purpose.
4.1.2. Only Members are eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles and the Account Manager, Nominated Travel Agent, or the travelling employees must quote the Member’s membership account number at the time of booking their travel. If a Member or their travelling employees provides the wrong membership account number, then Etihad shall not be able to amend this after travel has occurred.
4.1.3 When a Member or its travelling employees travel with Etihad, the Member’s account will be credited with the number of Etihad Guest Miles earned by the Member.
4.1.4. All mileage and subsequent Rewards are awarded to a Member in accordance with these T&Cs.
4.1.5. A Member’s account shall be automatically awarded with Etihad Guest Miles for every Etihad flight that a Member or its travelling employee completes, provided the correct Programme account number has been provided in the booking prior to the departure of the flight.
4.1.6. The Etihad Guest Miles credited to a Member’s account will be awarded on basis of the route flown and the class or cabin booked. The Etihad Guest Miles awarded are also subject to Etihad Guest terms and conditions. All Etihad Guest Miles will be credited to the Member’s account within seven (7) days of travel.
4.1.7. Only full fares and fares defined in Corporate Travel Services Agreement on Etihad Airways flights are eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles. The following discounted fare types will not be eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles: travel industry reduced rates, free or non-revenue tickets, military or government tickets, charter flights, bus routes and any other fares that are from time to time declared by Etihad to be ineligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles.
4.1.8. Members are not entitled to earn Etihad Guest Miles in their account if they have given incorrect or incomplete passenger information at the time of booking.
4.1.9. All flights marketed and operated by any other partner or code share airline whether with or without an Etihad Airways code will not qualify for earning Etihad Guest Miles.
4.1.10. If a purchased flight ticket has been upgraded to a higher fare/cabin class using other eligible reward points, the Etihad Guest Miles credited to the Member’s account will remain as per the original fare/cabin class and shall not reflect the upgraded fare/cabin class.
4.1.11. Payments made for applicable taxes, fees and charges imposed by any relevant government or other authorities, or by the operator of an airport, shall not count towards the calculation of Etihad Guest Miles awarded for any flight.
4.1.12. Etihad Guest Miles have no cash equivalent value.
4.1.13. The validity period of Etihad Guest Miles is extendable. The validity of Etihad Guest Miles shall be extended based on the Member’s activity. Any Qualifying Activity on a Member’s account shall extend the Etihad Guest Miles validity period by 18 months.
4.1.14 Etihad Guest Miles will expire in the event a Member does not fulfil the criteria of a Qualifying Activity within a period of 18 months from the last Qualifying Activity. If a Member does not qualify for the extension within 18 months of the last Qualifying Activity, the miles balance will expire on the last day of the 18th month after the last Qualifying Activity, at 23:30 (GST time).
4.1.15. Only the Account Manager may authorise the deduction of Etihad Guest Miles or instruct the issue of Rewards to the Member’s account. All Etihad Guest Miles in the Member’s account belong to the Member and not to any individual. Any action by the Account Manager shall be considered an action authorised by the Member and the Member waives all legal and moral rights to dispute any action taken by the Account Manager. It is the responsibility of the Member to implement controls to ensure all actions by the Account Manager are with the authorisation of the Member. Etihad shall be entitled to rely upon any acts of the Account Manager as being validly authorised by the Member. A Member’s Etihad Guest Miles cannot be transferred to any other Etihad Guest account or any other account with Etihad.
4.2. Creditng Etihad Guest Miles
4.2.1. While Etihad makes reasonable attempts to provide accurate credit of mileage, it is a Member’s responsibility to retain and provide the necessary documents, such as boarding passes and tickets in the event that a retroactive credit is claimed.
4.2.2. Etihad Guest Miles are not transferable and cannot be combined with Etihad Guest Miles of any other Etihad Guest account.
4.3. Mileage Statements
4.3.1. Mileage statements will be issued to the Account Manager periodically at the discretion of Etihad. The Account Manager can also view the Member’s account information online.
4.4. Retroactive Mileage Claims
4.4.1. Retroactive claim of Etihad Guest Miles is not allowed after the flight is flown. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager, Member or its travelling employees to ensure that the Member’s account number is provided in the booking prior to the departure of the flight.
4.4.2 If the Member’s account number was entered correctly in the ticket booking format and where Etihad Guest Miles were not credited due to a technical error, then Etihad may review such cases and grant miles on an exceptional basis at Etihad‘s sole discretion.
5. Redeeming Etihad Guest Miles
5.1. General Redemption rules
5.1.1. Etihad Guest Miles earned under the Programme and/or accumulated on the Member’s account can be used to offset flight emissions or the Member can redeem them on a Green Product and/or a Reward only in the Etihad Guest Reward Shop.
5.1.2. Redeeming of Etihad Guest Miles can be done only by the Account Manager on behalf of the Member.
5.1.3. All Green Products and Rewards available in the Programme are as specified on our website, or as per the most recent communications issued. The Green Products and Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of each Reward provider, which can be Etihad or a third party.
5.1.4. The number of Etihad Guest Miles required for a Green Product or Reward is subject to change by Etihad at any time without notice. Etihad may withdraw, replace or substitute Rewards at any time without notice.
5.1.5. The Account Manager may claim Green Products and Rewards from the Reward Shop in accordance with the Reward Shop rules (in force at the time of claim) either when a Member has sufficient Etihad Guest Miles accumulated in their account or may contribute cash as part payment for a Green Product or Reward, as communicated by the most recent communications issued. Etihad Guest rules, prices and terms and conditions relating to Redemptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
5.2. Personal Information
5.2.1. The data collected through the Programme is governed by the Privacy Policy (here) and the Programme Privacy Policy (here) as available publicly and in these T&Cs. These policies shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into these T&Cs.
5.2.2. The Member agrees that by providing such information, the Member agrees to Etihad sharing any part of such data or information with third party providers for any purposes in connection with the Programme. Etihad shall not be liable for any incomplete or inaccurate personal/corporate information received from the Member.
5.2.3. The Member further acknowledges and agrees that by providing the Programme with any personal or proprietary information, directly or indirectly, the Member consents to the transmission of such personal/corporate information over international borders and outside of the European Union (EU) as necessary for processing the relevant transactions in accordance with Etihad’s standard business practices and the Privacy Policy.
5.3. Limitation of Liability
5.3.1. The information regarding Rewards and other services provided under the Programme, whether on the website or a linked website, may contain third party operated websites or information, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and Etihad specifically excludes any liability for such inaccuracies, errors, and representations. Other than as required under applicable law, under no circumstance will Etihad be liable for any loss or damage caused by the reliance of any Member on information obtained through the Programme.
5.3.2. The Member agrees that Etihad, its affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employers, or agents shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including without limitation lost profits, cost of procuring substitute service or lost opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Programme or the Member’s participation in the Programme. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any virus which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, strike or other labour problems or any force majeure. Etihad cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Programme’s website.
5.3.3. Etihad reserves the right to seek all remedies available under applicable law for any misuse of the Programme or the Reward Shop and/or violations of these rules, including the right to block access from a particular internet address from accessing any Etihad website (including the Site) and to exclude you from accessing any Etihad website (including the Site).
5.3.4. The Member agrees that any rewards by means of Etihad Guest Miles (either deemed to be in cash or in kind) or any other reward generated through a Member’s participation in the Programme, may be subject to taxation in your jurisdiction and the Member shall be solely responsible any applicable taxes. Etihad shall have no responsibility for any taxation obligations in any jurisdiction arising due to the Member’s participation in the Programme, including but not limited, to taxation payment, reporting and any other related compliance obligations.
5.4. Copy rights/ Trademarks
5.4.1. The trademarks, logos, copyright and service marks (collectively referred to as "Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Etihad. Usage of any Marks for any purpose is prohibited including, but not limited to, the use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Etihad, or such other party which may own the Marks. It is prohibited to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.
5.5. Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas
5.5.1. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Programme is restricted to the Account Manager only. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Member’s information, including the account and password, and for restricting access to its computers to prevent unauthorised access to the Site.
5.5.2. The Account Manager should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Etihad immediately if they have any reason to believe that their password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
5.5.3. The Member accepts full responsibility for all redemption and other activities that occur under the Member’s account or password.
6. Auditing
6.1.1. Etihad reserves the right to audit any and all Member accounts participating in the Programme at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with the Programme’s rules and applicable conditions of carriage and/or tariffs.
6.1.2. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing of Rewards or Statement of Account may be delayed until the discrepancies are resolved to the satisfaction of Etihad. If any misuse, fraud, violation of terms and conditions or any other inappropriate behaviour is discovered during the audit, Etihad reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate membership and expire all Etihad Guest Miles awarded under the Programme, with no value.
7. Termination or Changes to the Programme
7.1.1. Etihad may change the Programme’s rules in whole or in part, at its own sole discretion and any time without notice. However, Etihad will make all reasonable efforts to give the Member prior notice of the changes.
7.1.2. Etihad has the right to terminate the Programme at any time. Etihad will make all reasonable efforts to give you prior notice of the termination.
7.1.3. Etihad reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these T&Cs. All decisions by Etihad shall be final and binding in each case. These T&Cs may be updated from time to time and shall supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
8. Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. The Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with any governing law set out in the applicable Corporate Travel Services Agreement. Any disputes in relation to the Programme and/or the Member’s participation in the Programme shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in the applicable Corporate Travel Services Agreement.
9. Site Availability
9.1. Etihad shall use reasonable endeavours to make ensure that the Site, Reward Shop and associated services are available, however Etihad cannot guarantee that they will operate continuously or without interruption. Etihad excludes liability for any issues or failures the Member may encounter in accessing the Site, Reward Shop and/or associated services.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
Each Member acknowledges and agrees that the Member’s participation in the Programme is subject to Etihad’s Acceptable Use Policy (available at https://www.etihad.com/en-gb/legal/terms-and-conditions).

The Programme’s privacy policy can be accessed here, Etihad’s privacy policy can be accessed here, and Etihad Guest’s privacy policy can be accessed here.

13. Definitions
In the above Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
a) "Etihad" means Etihad Airways PJSC, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates established by Emiri Decree in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and having its principal place of business at New Airport Road, P.O. Box 35566, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
b) “Etihad Guest” means the loyalty programme developed and offered by Etihad Guest LLC (an affiliate of Etihad Airways PJSC), to reward its members who frequently travel on Etihad Airways or with select Etihad Guest Partner airlines, allowing them to earn and redeem Etihad Guest Miles when purchasing qualifying services or products of airline and non-airline Etihad Guest Partners.
c) “Green Product” means a product that has been marked with a green triangle in the bottom right hand corner or is listed on https://rewards.etihadguest.com/green-rewards .
d) “Account Manager” means an employee/officer duly appointed and authorised by a Member to manage their account on their behalf including access, managing and maintaining (enrolment/termination) their membership account in the Programme.
e) "Etihad Guest Partners" means any airline or a non-airline business entity participating in the Etihad Guest loyalty programme, allowing the Etihad Guest members to earn Etihad Guest Miles on qualifying transactions (viz. qualifying purchase of services or products offered by partners).
f) "Reward" means the benefit a member acquires through the Etihad Guest programme by redeeming Etihad Guest Miles in accordance with the prevailing Etihad Guest terms & conditions. The Etihad Guest terms and conditions are as available at [insert link]
g) "Etihad Guest Miles" (including miles, mileage) means the loyalty reward points or currency earned or redeemed by the members of the Etihad Guest programme.
h) “Reward Shop” means an online platform through which Etihad makes available select ‘green’ sustainability products and rewards that member can redeem using their Etihad Guest Miles.
i) “Redemption” means the option to redeem Etihad Guest Miles for the purchase of a Reward.
j) “Site” means the Programme’s website that holds the registration and details of the Programme and can be located at [insert link].
k) “Privacy Policy” means Etihad’s privacy policy can be accessed here, or Etihad Guest’s privacy policy can be accessed here (as the context so requires).
l) “Programme Privacy Policy” means the Programme’s privacy policy which can be accessed here].
m) “Corporate Travel Services Agreement” means the agreement between Etihad and the Applicant/Member for corporate travel services.
